Air Fryer Turkey Burgers Recipe:- These turkey burgers made in an air fryer are exceptionally juicy and tender, and they cook in a very short amount of time. During the week, they create a dinner that is both incredibly quick and nutritious. In the event that you have previously experimented with my air fryer hamburgers or air fryer chicken patties, there is no doubt that you will also feel comfortable preparing turkey burgers in the air fryer.

These turkey meatballs, like the ones I prepare in my air fryer, are made with ground turkey, and they make a traditional dish a little bit healthier without sacrificing any of the flavour!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Breadcrumbs and milk should be mixed together in a large bowl, and then the mixture should be allowed to stand to soak. Over medium heat, heat oil in a big saucepan. Next, saute onion with ¼ teaspoon of salt until it becomes tender, which should take approximately 7 minutes.

In about a minute, add the garlic and continue to simmer until it becomes fragrant. Let it cool for a few minutes, and then scrape it into the mixture of breadcrumbs.

Mayonnaise, parsley, and any remaining salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if needed) should be mixed into the breadcrumb mixture before further mixing.

The egg should be stirred in once the mixture has reached a temperature that is comfortable to the touch. Make use of your hands to combine the ingredients in a manner that is both gentle and thorough. Create a total of five burger patties.

The turkey burgers should be air-fried in batches in a single layer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for six minutes. Cook the burgers for an additional two to three minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Both batches will need to be completed. Wait a few minutes before serving the burgers to allow them to rest.

Notes

Do not allow the garlic to burn and get bitter; instead, ensure that it is cooked until it is barely aromatic.
When the mixture has reached the desired temperature, the egg should be added to it.

Take care to handle the mixture with care and lightness, but make sure that all of the components are fully combined. During the course of the cooking procedure, the patties will need to be turned frequently.
