Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe – Step by Step Guide
Do you like sweets with peanut butter? I adore them so much! Many of you loved the easy chocolate fudge recipe I shared a few months ago. Today I’m going to show you a peanut butter version that tastes just as rich and good.
There are only five things you need to make this easy peanut butter fudge, plus a little salt and vanilla extract. It doesn’t even need a candy thermometer and doesn’t need to be baked at all. You could easily just use a microwave to make this too. I like to make it on the stove.
I love this dish even more because I always have the ingredients on hand. You can even make half of this dish or all of it.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup butter
- 1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar

- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

That’s a LOT of brown sugar! And powdered sugar. And an electric mixer? Usually not needed. I’m sure it’s great though. But I’m gonna pass.
Maybe you could try the recipe using less of the sugars or sub in your favorite sugar substitute….if you do that, Please let me know how it was. Have a great day.
Who cares about the sugar. Folks don’t make fudge because it’s healthy. They want something sweet and yummy! I love this recipe.
Hello Pam,
I am agreed Pam, but some people have diabetes so they have to think accordingly.
Hi. Is this a very creamy, not gritty fudge…..I just like creamy fudge without the sugar grittiness. It sounds delicious so I’ve got my fingers crossed waiting for your answer. Thank you.
