Just the right amount of extra oomph is provided by the bacon and pickles. There is no way that anyone will be able to tell that it is nutritious. I am serious about it. There is no one.

NUTRITION
Note
You can either refrigerate the coleslaw for a longer period of time or add a quarter cup more mayonnaise. Refrigerate the coleslaw for a shorter period of time for a crispier texture.
Salt and pepper should not be added until all of the ingredients have been thoroughly combined. There is a wide range of salt and seasoning content in pickle juice, mayonnaise, and bacon compared to one another. Seasonings such as salt and pepper should be adjusted proportionately.
