  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F (220°C). Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Combine salt, pepper, and olive oil with the Brussels sprouts. Place them on the baking pan, cut side down. Roast until crispy and caramelised, 20 to 25 minutes.

Heat the hot honey and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat. Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts right away after drizzling them with the heated honey mixture.

3. Hot Honey Glazed Salmon

Coat the salmon fillets with the heated honey mixture. Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flake readily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.

4. Hot Honey Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

5. Hot Honey Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  •  Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Combine the prawns, olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli powder and garlic powder in a bowl. Turn up the heat to medium-high in a big skillet. When the prawns are pink and opaque, add them and cook for two to three minutes on each side.

Drizzle the cooked prawns with hot honey and toss to coat. Use a dry skillet or the microwave to reheat the corn tortillas. To assemble the tacos, arrange the prawns onto the tortillas and garnish with chopped cilantro and shredded cabbage. If desired, top with an additional drizzle of hot honey and serve with lime wedges.
