Ronda Rousey Discusses Issues With Vince McMahon During Her Last Run In WWE:- Ronda Rousey, a former WWE Superstar, has not been shy expressing her opinions regarding Vince McMahon and the way women are treated throughout their time at the company.
In her second biography, titled “Our Fight,” Rousey expressed some very direct comments against WWE and McMahon. She stated that the line between the former Chairman’s cruel on-screen role and his real-life persona was incredibly hazy. She then went on to explain why she had no plan of returning to WWE in the future. The concerns that Rousey had with McMahon were discussed in greater detail during a recent interview that was conducted by Cage side Seats.

“Everything just being beholden to this near 80-year-old man, who has five or six episodes of ‘Behind the B******s’ about him, is not a very good business model.” She went on to say that although stories centred around things like The Bloodline were planned well in advance, no one would talk to her until she arrived at the arena where they were performing on that particular day.
As evidenced by her performance at WrestleMania 34, Rousey believed that she was capable of putting on a good display if she prepared herself adequately. Rousey also said that a significant factor in her decision to leave was the fact that she did not want to act out fantasies for what she refers to as “a f***ing sicko in the back.”
It was in July of 2022 when McMahon was initially fired from WWE due to claims of sexual misconduct. On the other hand, Rousey was convinced that he was still able to make judgements because Bruce Prichard was still working. This was predicated on the fact that I was still employed.
He was never absent during the time that I was there. According to Rousey, what he was doing was simply phoning it in through Bruce Prichard. My agent, who works at WME (Endeavour), was telling me, ‘You know, he’s absolutely gone now, I swear.’ He was saying this to me. And I’m thinking to myself, “I’ll believe it when I see it because previously, everyone said that he had left.” He refused to leave. By way of a text message, he was present.

Vince McMahon has not returned since Janel Grant sued WWE, alleging that she was trafficked while working at WWE’s headquarters. Rousey thinks her tenure at WWE would have been better without McMahon and before the women’s division was changed.
“I’m glad it’s turning around,” Rousey added. Triple H has supported women in the workplace and believed in us. His faith in me was the reason I was there. I wish Triple H ran things and Vince was gone in my last run.”
Following her WWE retirement, the UFC Hall of Famer temporarily appeared in Wrestling Revolver and Ring of Honour with her close friend Marina Shafir. The “Baddest Women on the Planet” has not announced a return to full-time work.

Wrestlers Who Will Never Work For The WWE Again
Over the course of its history, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has seen a great number of wrestlers come and leave, particularly during the forty years that Vincent K. McMahon was in charge of the company. Although McMahon is a well-known figure in his own right, he did not feel it was beneath him to have public disagreements with a few talented individuals for reasons that were both right and wrong.
However, McMahon was never the type of person to let a personal problem prevent him from making a choice that was in the best interest of the company. This frame of thinking made it possible for controversial wrestlers like Hulk Hogan to return to the organisation on several times. It also provided the groundwork for many wrestlers who had been exiled from the company, such as Bret Hart, to return to WWE programming.
On the other hand, not every wrestler who has been kicked out of the company is able to make their way back into the approval of the organisation. There are a great number of individuals, both male and female, who have entered the doors of the most prominent wrestling organisation in the world, only to leave as persona non grata.
Many of these individuals were never able to repair the damaged bridge, and this might be due to a variety of factors. Despite the fact that many once-popular performers have been unable to return to the publicly traded firm due to legal issues that have arisen after their departure from WWE, there are others who have behaved in such an unprofessional manner on their way out that it has effectively destroyed any aspirations of a return to “New York.”
