Quick and Easy Meatloaf Recipe – Step by Step Guide

Since meatloaf takes so long to cook, it’s best to start getting it ready early. With My Easy Meatloaf Recipe, you can have dinner ready in 30 minutes!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs old fashioned rolled oats or ground pork rinds for low carb version
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cups your favorite prepared barbecue sauce

Instructions

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees. Put the meat, onion, garlic, bread or oats, milk, egg, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add the BBQ sauce and mix it in well. Shape the meat into a muffin pan. Set the oven to 200°F. If you want, you can add barbecue sauce on top after 10 minutes.

Notes

Between each beef muffin, put some fake mashed potatoes. Put meat on the bottom third of the pan, then add your cooked filling and top with more meat. This will make a layer of mashed potatoes or mac ‘n cheese.
