INGREDIENTS :
1 . Black beans

2 . Black-eyed peas

3 . Corn
- For optimal results, use canned corn that has the complete kernel. Additionally, the yellow kernels provide you with a splash of color.
4 . Bell Peppers
- By Using peppers of a wide range of colors is highly recommended. With the addition of yellow, red, or orange, the dip is given a great deal of brightness.
5 . Roma Tomatoes
- You are free to use different types of tomatoes if you so like; nevertheless, Roma tomatoes are particularly hardy and manage to withstand the vinegar and other components of the dish.
6 . Red Onion

 INSTRUCTIONS :
The black beans and black-eyed peas that were canned should be drained and rinsed.
Mix together in a large bowl the following ingredients: black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
In a relatively small bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, and salt by whisking them together.
Place the beans and vegetables in a bowl, pour the dressing over them, and then gently toss everything together.
Before placing the container in the refrigerator for at least two hours, make sure it is covered.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the salad to another bowl when you are ready to serve it, making sure to leave any leftover dressing behind.
