Air Fryer Green Beans Recipe:- There is no other flavour quite like that of green beans cooked in an air fryer. One option for a pleasant and invigorating side dish is to serve fresh green beans that have been garnished with lemon wedges. They are an excellent way to incorporate a healthy dose of green beans into your diet, and they are perfect for pairing with any main course.

Air Fryer Green Beans Recipe

One of the most appealing aspects of this recipe for fresh green beans is the texture that is achieved by cooking them in an air fryer. My favourite way to describe their texture is as “crisp-tender,” which means that they have a slight crunch on the outside while the interior is pleasant and tender.

Although you are free to call them whatever you choose, I can assure you that these green beans cooked in an air fryer are really addicting.

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

    1. Preheat an air fryer to 380ºF.
    2. Prepare the green beans by trimming their stems and cutting larger ones in half so they are relatively equal in size, if needed.
    3. Place the cleaned trimmed green beans in a large bowl along with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Transfer the green beans to the air fryer and shake the basket to make sure they’re in a single layer. You may need to cook in two batches. Cook until crisp tender, shaking the basket halfway through, for 8-10 minutes total.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and serve immediately.

Storage: Add to an airtight container and store in the fridge. The green beans should be good for up to 3 days.
