Tasty Air Fryer Chicken Tenders Recipe: In addition to being golden and juicy, these Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are really simple to prepare, making them ideal for cooking on a weeknight.

 

Tasty Air Fryer Chicken Tenders Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken tenders , (1 1/4 lbs)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs*
  • 1/2 cup seasoned panko*
  • olive oil spray
  • lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

The chicken should be seasoned with salt and pepper. Put the egg in a bowl that is not very deep. The bread crumbs and panko should be mixed together in a second bowl that is shallow.

Take the chicken and first dip it in the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture. After shaking off any extra breadcrumb, set the chicken on a big cutting board or plate.

 

Apply a sufficient amount of oil to both sides of the chicken poultry. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

The chicken should be fried in batches for five to six minutes on each side, until it is fully cooked through and has a golden and crispy outside. Place lemon slices on the table.
