Super 7 Layer Dip Recipe

Super 7 Layer Dip Recipe :- If you are having trouble deciding which dip to make, try this seven-layer dip! It is the best blend of straightforward Tex-Mex flavour, it is ideal for a party, and it even appears more elegant when it is served in a casserole dish that is transparent. All I have to say is that I am grateful to you, Peggy Shoop! Peggy is the Texan woman who, in the 1980s, was the first person to design the now-iconic seven-layer dip. And ever since then, it has garnered a lot of love.

Super 7 Layer Dip Recipe

It is common knowledge that I am a huge admirer of both Tex-Mex and traditional Mexican cuisine. This seven-layer dip is one of the dishes that I prepare frequently for large gatherings, particularly for the Super Bowl or Cinco de Mayo. When it comes to feeding a large group of people, it is right up there with my ultimate nachos recipe!

Do not, however, allow the sheer number of layers to frighten you. Although they are not particularly complicated, there are a few of them that can be prepared in advance, such as the creamy bean mix. Next, after you have stacked all of the layers, serve this dip with a large bowl of tortilla chips for the most delicious appetizer you could possibly serve at a gathering.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (16-ounce cans) refried beans
  • 2 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce (I use sriracha)
  • 3 cups guacamole
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Roma tomatoesdiced
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 3 green onionsthinly sliced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

The refried beans, two tablespoons of sour cream, and hot sauce should be added to a big mixing bowl. The bowl should also contain the hot sauce. Or, you can use a hand mixer to incorporate the ingredients until they become creamy.
