Sautéed Green Beans Recipe :- You are going to absolutely adore this recipe for green beans since it contains a dash of lemon juice and a good kick of garlic. The green beans that have been sautéed in butter are the epitome of the ideal side dish to match virtually any dish. Sautéed Green Beans Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 lb green beans ends trimmed
  • 1/16 teaspoon coarse salt pinch of salt1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/16 teaspoon cracked pepper to season1-2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh squeezed

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a big sauté pan, bring the temperature up to medium-high. To prepare the beans, combine them with water and a generous amount of salt, approximately half a teaspoon. To bring to a boil, continue cooking for three minutes.

After draining, set the beans aside. In the same pan, bring the butter and oil to a high temperature. After the butter has melted, sauté the green beans for approximately one minute, as you move them around in the pan to ensure that they are evenly coated in the oil and butter mixture.

Sauté the garlic, along with an additional pinch of salt and pepper, for thirty seconds, or until the garlic develops a fragrant aroma. Immediately remove the dish from the heat, squeeze lemon juice all the way through, mix everything together, and serve.

NOTES

Oil can be used in place of butter to create a dairy-free alternative. To achieve the greatest colour and texture, blanch the ingredients in hot water before cooking them in a pan. Your green beans should be added to the oil and butter combination after you have finished sautéing additional vegetables.
