Healthy Cucumber Feta Salad Recipe: This is one of our favorite salads. This recipe is very easy to make and only needs a few items that most of us already have on hand. That side dish sounds great to me!
Healthy Cucumber Feta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (or about 6 mini cucumbers), chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/4 cup feta crumbled
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
Peel and cut the cucumbers into small pieces. Put it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss the salad to make sure it’s well mixed. If you need to, taste and change the seasonings.
