- Butter sugar is made up of light brown sugar and white sugar.
- All-purpose flour, one big egg, vanilla extract,
- Baking powder ,salt
- There are tiny chocolate eggs. I used Cadbury mini eggs because that’s the brand I like best, but any brand will do.
- I used semisweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate chips.
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST MINI EGG EASTER COOKIES
1 . Shape the cookie balls
Make a ball out of the cookie dough that you have scooped out approximately 1.5 tablespoons. Place the cookie balls spaced 2 inches apart on a large half sheet baking tray lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Fill the tops of the cookies with more whole small eggs by pressing them in.
2 . Bake
Bake in an oven that has been prepared to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for eight to ten minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. PLEASE DO NOT OVERBAKE. In spite of the fact that the cookies might not appear to be done in the middle
they will continue to cook once they have cooled. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool in the baking sheet.
STORING AND FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS:

Alternatively, you can place them in the refrigerator for up to one week.
