Oh my goodness! The family gobbled up this supper. Is there anything more delicious than succulent steak morsels drenched in a smooth, herbaceous sauce accompanied by mushrooms? Really, I don’t believe that. Since classes have resumed, I’ve been attempting to think of quick and simple meal alternatives. Since everyone in my family enjoys steak, I chose to prepare this simple skillet dish. The delicate beef morsels and the creamy sauce were a hit with the whole family. Along with some vegetables on the side, we served it over rice. Simple as pie!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds sirloin steaks cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 ounce mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- fresh chopped parsley for garnish
