  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cups orzo (dry)

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

  • 2 cups half and half
  •  cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

 

Instructions
