Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos

With my boys being home for the summer, I’ve had to get very inventive when it comes to lunches. Sending kids off to school and not having to think about what to have for lunch is so simple. And I am aware that we are all quite eager to return to Utah and see our loved ones, friends, and schools. When I came across a recipe for baked tacos on Pinterest, I knew my boys would adore it!

Indeed! These terrible boys were devoured by them. These had an incredible flavor thanks to the delicious cream cheese chicken inside of them. They were incredibly delicious and creamy! I adore recipes that quickly become favorites. It gave the outside a delicious crunch, and I will always prefer baking to frying. These were so much fun to us. These will become a regular fixture in our home and are great for lunch or dinner.
