- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

- Warm the oven up to 200°C (400°F). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet to make it easy to clean up.
- Start by making the onions sweet. Warm the olive oil and butter in a big pan over medium-low heat until the butter melts.
