Bacon Wrapped Smokies With Brown Sugar and Buttery :-I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to these scrumptious little smokies that are wrapped in bacon. Taken from a traditional appetizer that you might have enjoyed around the holidays or while watching a sporting event, these smokies are a wonderful spin on the traditional appetizer. It is the combination of sweet, salty, and savory flavors that sets these apart from others and guarantees that they will be devoured in a short amount of time.

How to Store Bacon-Wrapped Smokies
- You may keep any leftover cocktail weenies in the refrigerator for three to four days if you store them in an airtight container.
- You can also freeze them in a container or baggie designed for the freezer, with layers of parchment paper separating each layer.
Changes & Substitution Ideas
1 . Little Smokies
- You may find these in the section of the deli that is dedicated to refrigerated meats, close to the section that contains hotdogs and other sausages. It is possible to refer to them as cocktail wieners, cocktail smokies, cocktail sausages, and so forth.
- Whatever it is that you choose to call them, because they are known by a wide variety of names! You can use any variety of them that you like. The beef, cheddar, turkey, and spicy little smokies that I have seen are all beef.
2 . Bacon
- In the event that you desire, turkey bacon can be utilized.
3 . Make It Spicy!
- In addition to the brown sugar, add some cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- You could also use chipotle powder or chili powder in place of the chili powder.
4 . Different Glaze Options
- Instead of using brown sugar, you might try spraying each bacon-wrapped smokie with your preferred barbecue sauce, spicy sauce, or another favorite bottled sauce. This would be an alternative to using brown sugar. Some seasonings,
- such as garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or chili powder, can also be sprinkled on top of the dish. This is the only thing I’ve ever done since I adore the simple and sweet brown sugar that is sprinkled on top.
