The market is flooded with excellent air fryers. After testing a couple, I’ve been using this Instant Vortex air fryer for the past three years, and it’s my favourite.

Peeled or not, hard-boiled eggs keep well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
How should hard-boiled eggs be stored?
Hard-boiled eggs that haven’t been peeled should be kept in any container, sealed or not.

Can hard-boiled eggs from an air fryer be frozen?
Yes, but only in relation to the yolks. Although I haven’t personally tried it, I’ve read that the whites can even leak and change colour, or they can get rough and rubbery. Nonetheless, the cooked egg yolks can be stored in the freezer for up to three months if you take them out and put them in a freezer-safe container or sturdy freezer bag.
How come my air fryer only reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit? Should I air fry them for how long?
Although I haven’t tested it at the higher temperature, I advise giving it a go for 10 to 12 minutes.
